Incentive Applications

Apply to receive cash incentives for installing energy-efficient equipment in Maine with these forms.

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE
You can submit your prescriptive incentive applications online. Just go to your own password-protected home page, click to open a new application form and fill it in. You can choose to save a partially completed form, or you can click "submit" and you're done. You'll receive an instant email informing you that the application was received.

Note: You still need to fax or email your product specification sheet and proof of purchase, as before.

Prescriptive applications are available for download and are available to all businesses. Note that each application's first page of instructions will tell you if pre-approval is needed.

FOR TENANTS ONLY
To receive an incentive from Efficiency Maine, tenants must receive approval from their landlord before any equipment is installed on the landlord's property. Please complete the Landlord Consent Form (To request a hard copy/printed version of any of the documents listed above, please contact Joy.Adamson@maine.gov. Please allow 10 days for delivery from the time of request.) and submit it along with your application(s).
